ALMA Refund Policy

Membership:

A proportion of a Member's annual subscription shall be refundable in the event that a Member wishes to revoke his or her membership for any reason whatsoever. The proportion shall be 50% of the value of unexpired membership remaining at the date of the revocation, calculated as the annual fee divided by 52, multiplied by the number of weeks remaining.

Conference and seminar fees:

A proportion of the fees paid by a member or non member shall be refundable in the event that a member or non member advises that he or she does not wish to attend the Annual Conference or seminars presented by ALMA. Refunds shall be as follows: cancellation more than 30 days before the event - 80% of fees paid; cancellation beteween 15 and 29 days before the event - 60%; cancellation between 7 and 14 day before the event - 40%; cancellation less than 7 days before the event - 20%.
